Thanksgiving Prep...

Well all the baking is done, the Turkey washed, the onions and celery cleaned and chopped; and we are sitting and waiting for the friends and family to arrive (all stuck in traffic).

I love holidays and I love cooking and baking for everyone.It is a pleasure to cook for all the family and friends that will gather... I love it.

I am sadden though because my kids cannot be here, but they have other obligations and I certainly understand that. Hopefully we will get to see them over the Christmas break and make our traditional Cannoli dessert(if anything will get them here, cannoli's will).
